Notice of Electric Power Outagefor Legal Inspection

Thank you for your continued patronage of Agora Tokyo Ginza.
Please be advised that during the below indicated date and time, electric systems of the entire hotel building will be shut down due to the legal inspection of electrical equipment. During this time, there will be some restrictions on the hotel facilities. Please be aware of the followings.
We sincerely apologies for any inconveniences this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation in advance.

〈 Facilities Affected in the Hotel 〉

– All lighting in the building, including the lobby, hallways, and emergency stairs,
will be turned off, and emergency lighting will be turned on for approximately one hour.
– Elevators will not be available.
– In case of emergency, the hotel staff will come to guide you to the emergency stairs.
– Automatic doors at the hotel entrance will be opened and closed manually.
– Air conditioning will be turned off throughout the hotel, including in guest rooms.
– Internet LAN and Wi-Fi will not be available.
– All lighting in the guestrooms will be turned off.
– While water supply in bathrooms, showers and toilets is still functioning,
hot water supply will not be available.
– Electrical appliances such as power outlets, telephones, refrigerators, televisions,
and bidet seats will not be available.
– Please be sure to unplug all electrical devices (computers, tablets, etc.)
you have brought with you beforehand to avoid possible loss of any data.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for any loss of data or damages
caused due to the outage.
– While water supply in bathrooms, showers and toilets is still functioning, hot water
supply will not be available.
– In case of emergency during the power outage, please call the hotel’s main number
(03-6809-2238) or the front desk emergency number (070-3850-4873)
or visit the front desk.

*During power outages, our staff will be patrolling the area to ensure fire and disaster prevention and to prepare for emergencies.
